We are also just 4 blocks to the very family friendly ski resort Granby Ranch & only 15 minutes to Winter Park ski resort. You will have the golf course behind you & open space in front of you – there are neighbors on each side. There are many houses that claim ski in ski out but make sure you ask lots of questions just how far of a walk to the slope & how difficult it is to ski back to the house/condo (this trail is not easy – very flat) & most importantly how close are the neighbors (on how many sides – usually very crowded development with lots of houses on all sides).Your group will enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 with KING beds while the 3rd bedroom (in the lower level) has a twin over double/full size bunk bed with a twin trundle + a full size pull-out couch in the basement family room. You will have WIFI, fooseball, WII, X-Box/games, toys, movies, board games & books. You may also use the POOL/HOT TUB/Work out facilities at the Grange Hall Club house – located right next to Granby Ranch base (Fee is $10 per person per day over age of 8 – 8 & under is free).Three large lakes are just 15 minutes north in the town of Grand Lake at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. There is also miles of great fly fishing, lake fishing, horse drawn carriage rides, cross country skiing, snowshoeing & over 600 miles of hiking & biking trails.
