Property fully fenced for privacy and security.Minimum two week rental, as dictated by Southampton Township. Less than 30 day rentals will be charged an additional 5.5% Suffolk County tax.During your stay; please make separate arrangements for your furry family members to vacation elsewhere. Our no pet policy is listed in the amenities/restrictions section. Also we have a no open flame/candle policy.Typical estimated utility costs of $36 per day are included in rental.Reconciliation of prorated actual costs vs estimated are sent usually within 14 days of departure.In the event of a balance due the hosts, it will be deducted from the Security Deposit.Additional seasonal costs may include: propane for pool heater, BBQ grill propane tank, gas fireplace, and trash removal.Cleaning is done, by a professional service, prior to your visit, and again, after your stay. To avoid additional charges, we highly recommend using our cleaning service, during your stay, if your visit is longer than 7 days.
