The big lot provides privacy for your intimate friends and family gatherings.- 15 mins to Downtown- 25 mins to NRG Park, Medical Center, Museum District- Kroger and many restaurants nearbyWhat you’ll get:- Private plunge pool to enjoy Houston- Cozy fireplace!- Circled driveway for ease of driving and parking – can easily park up to four cars- A full kitchen, complete with cooking and dining utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, basic cooking ingredients, and stainless steel appliances- Washer/dryer in the bathroom- Fresh bed linens and towelsThe rooms:- Three bedrooms: king-size bed, queen-size bed, and two twin beds- The bedrooms facing the street might get noisy – we have white noise machines in the bedrooms for light sleepers- One bathroom: a tub and shower with double sinks, washer/dryer- A desk and chair are available in one of the bedroomsAs fellow animal lovers, we want you to enjoy your days with your pets for a non-refundable pet fee. We understand they are your family too. The non-refundable pet fee is $50 per pet (two pets maximum).GENERAL RULES- No smoking inside the house. You are allowed to smoke outside the house, but please throw away the cigarette buds properly. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if we find cigarette buds anywhere on the property.- No parties at night. Quiet family and friends gathering are allowed.- Quiet hours are from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Please refrain from using the outdoor areas at these times.- Shoes-off inside the home.- There will be a fine for lost keys or other damages including landscaping.- A non-refundable fee of $50 per pet to aid with detailed cleaning.TRASH DISPOSAL- Put your trash bags into the bins by Monday at 3 PM. Trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning.- We will be at the property to move the trash bins to the sidewalk after 3 PM on Monday and move the trash bins back to the yard after 3 PM on Tuesday.PARKING- Plenty of parking is available in the circular driveway. Cars are not allowed to park inside the gate.- Guests are not allowed access to the garage.- No parking on the grass!POOL- Swim at your own risk. Adult supervision is required for children swimmers.- Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.- Glass containers are not allowed in or around the pool area.- Make sure the firepit is completely put out at the end of each use.OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE- Pool maintenance will come on Tuesdays and Thursdays and must be given access. Keep pets out of the way during this time.- Lawn maintenance will come on Fridays and must be given access. Keep pets out of the way during this time.- Pest maintenance will come once a month and might coincide with your stay. They must be given access.
