Stunning views will be yours as soon as you enter this 16th floor Gulf Crest condo. It has windows all he way around the condo with ocean views.This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with a balcony that wraps around the entire unit. Not many 3 bedrooms in Panama City Beach have a balcony this big. This unit is on the west end of the building so the sunset views are incredible.The master bedroom is located directly overlooking the water and does have access to the balcony. It has a king size bed and has stunning views of the ocean.The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed in it and has balcony access also.The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.All bedrooms have balcony access and all bedrooms have tvs.There is a twin size bunkbed nook in the main area.The living room has a sleeper sofa that can make into a bed.The Gulf Crest complex is located on Thomas Drive close to numerous restaurants and attractions. It is near St. Andrews is nearby at Captain Andersons Marina.*December January and February Snowbird Specials Pets are OK for monthly rentals.There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.
