If guests have a party or other event, guests will charged $800 and removed from the property no refund.- Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children’s actions AT ALL TIMES.- No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms (Please).- There will be a $12.00 fee for any damaged towel.- Check-out is at 10 am. Any late check-out after 10:01 am will be charged a fee of $ 100.00. If the guest exceeds 11:00 am without permission, an additional fine of $200.00 per hour will be applied to the guest. ** Any minute exceeded, the total hourly rate will be charged.
