3BR Victorian Charmer – A Home that Hugs – Dog OKThis home has a warm, welcoming vibe. A guest described it best “the home gives you a hug” when you walk through the doors. Built in 1901, this Victorian Painted Lady Farmhouse sits on the corner of the entrance to Newlands Neighborhood west of Broadway. It is rumored that the house was once occupied by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young in the 1970’s. If you listen hard enough…..This house sits on 1/3 of an acre with a fantastic yard for a BBQ and lawn games! The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a full bath downstairs. There is a “hangout room” with a TV upstairs as well as 2 additional TV’s on the lower level. You will have full use of the house and yard. The house has a new central AC. I have a couple of touring bikes and one hybrid that may be used. You will be just 3 blocks from a City Recreation center with an indoor pool and hot tub. There are also outdoor tennis and pickleball courts.3 Bears House is only a few blocks from the foothills of the Rockies, so you can start hiking out the front door.NOTE: Also open to a house swap to a beach area!LIC#: RHL0776992
