3M Home – Mtn Views, Hot Tub, BB court, & MinigolfThis gorgeous new 4,200 square foot home is an absolute dream. With a 6-hole putt-putt course, half court basketball court, gorgeous pool, and an indoor/outdoor living area this house makes enjoying Arizona weather truly possible. Every bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and comfy memory foam beds. Only a few minute drive to Old town Bars, and Fashion Square mall. And a 20 min walk to get on Camelback Mountain!Pool heating is an extra fee of 125 a day with a two day minimum and then 100 a day after that. Longer stay guest can contact me about a discount!There are no parties aloud at this home. There is a decimal reader and if it is tampered with you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. You will get two warnings on the third the cops will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.There are cameras around and in the home that are non functional and covered.Guest can not access second floor room
