To get to the loft, there is a thin, spiral staircase. Although there is some railing, it is minimal and therefore inherently dangerous and difficult to navigate, especially with suitcases. Please be mindful. *The staircase has 28" wide steps. If you prefer not to use the spiral staircase, the main floor bedroom is recommended.- The futon is designed more for convenience than comfort; if you are sensitive to mattresses, the futon may not be suitable.- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation; we can accommodate up to 5. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.-The trash and recycle will need to be taken to the curb on MONDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please do not place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.
