This 800 sq.ft air conditioned cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom a large salon/lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large screened porch and a backyard deck. it has 3 smart TV Netflix, wi-fi, outside area and parking protected by security cameras, back yard with BBQ and a closed outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water.the location is only a 3 block ride in your golf cart (included) minute walk to the Private beach parking lot and access to the famous soft sand of Surfside Beach.A golf cart is included. The Palm Tree Cottage is located in a gated community with 24 hr security plenty of lakes to fish in (catch and release only) Also, 1 indoor(open year round), 2 outdoor pools and a kiddie water playground all open until 10pm. Other amenities include tennis courts, Basket Ball court, horse shoes, Boccie Ball, Shuffle Board, Baseball field.
