The complex itself has had a complete remodel as of 2020. The complex is across the street from the Gulf with amazing views and a public access point making it a very short walk. The location of this beautiful complex is amazing! Located on the quiet west end it is only two miles away from Pier Park, which offers restaurants, shopping, amusement park, movie theater, and more! It’s right next to an outdoor amphitheater that offers free concerts on Thursday nights and down the road is Frank Brown Park.
