Thank you.Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Just 100 STEPS to the boardwalk/beach- the BEST location in town. Sleeps 4 people. Bedroom1- queen bed, Bedroom 2- twin over full bunk bed. We also have a full pull-out sofa in living room. Designated off street parking for 1 car. This downstairs unit is part of a 3-family house and is located in the rear. You will have your own private picnic table located on patio. Shared grill and outdoor shower with other units located next to patio. Air conditioning, TV in queen bedroom and living room, board games, books, free WIFI, all linens (sheets, quilts, pillows and extra blankets) and towels included. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen. INCLUDED: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, makeup mirror, starter supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll), dish detergent (1 pack of 4 pods), and coffee bag (1 two once bag). At times, guests leave behind some extra items. You are free to use these. Please bring your own laundry detergent and extra supply of other items if you will need them. 4 beach badges (no beach badges are required after Labor Day- beach is free), 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels included. Must be a minimum age of 27 years to rent. No large gatherings or parties. No underage drinking. No noise after 10pm as per town ordinance. No smoking on property inside or outside. STRP License # 1031) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean.2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. NO PROMS!3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. No additional overnight guests allowed.5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters property.6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property.7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings.8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property.11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all positive reviews and no negative reviews.12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50.00 per beach chair will be charged if they are not returned.14) No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount. No underage drinking.15) No subleasing.16) Keep windows closed if A/C is on.17) NO PROMS18) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification.
