Custom vacation retreat, built in summer of 2015, available to rent for the first time in 2017. Home contains high end finishes and furniture. Plenty of room for the family with more than 2700 sq ft of living space and large yard for dining or enjoying the outdoors. First floor contains two separate living/seating areas, each with two couches and 60″ TVs. Large dining area and separate seating at large kitchen island. Second floor contains large master suite with king bed, two guest rooms (1 with king bed and 1 with queen bed), and a bunk room for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. Wifi, central air, gas grill, blueray player, laundry, the list goes on. Home is perfectly positioned so that the beach, center of town, Perkins Cove, and Ogunquit Playhouse are all a short walk away.
