4 Bdrm Home – Walk to Perkins Cove, Town Center & the BeachThis special vacation spot is located at 284 Shore Road, walking distance from the beach, town center and Perkins Cove. It is steps from several of the finestrestaurants in the area. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably. A/C units arelocated in all the bedrooms and fist floor living area. There is a new 20′ x 20′ private deck located off the back of the house which is accessed from a sliding glass door near thekitchen. The deck is equipped with patio furniture and a Webber gas grill. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table and a foos ball table.Parking is available for three vehicles.While reservations are managed via VRBO, I am available to answer questions about the property at (203) 233-6703
