There is one full bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower combination and a stackable washer/dryer unit.The second floor of this classic beach house is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining area. Hardwood flooring, lots of windows and light-colored furniture make this a great gathering place. The kitchen is equipped with standard amenities. There is plenty of seating for your crowd – either at one of the tables or the kitchen bar. A half-bathroom is also located on this level. There is a screen porch located off of the front of the house from the 2nd floor and a deck area off the dining room.The 3rd Floor has 2 more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Rounding out the area is a lounge area and another sun porch access.Location: Property is located near East Beach area almost adjacent to the Coast Guard Station (Beach Access). In addition, it is about a 1.8-mile bike ride into the village.
