Enjoy this entire home, with 4 bedrooms (King master upstairs, 2 queens and one full – twin bunk bed down stairs). Sweeping mountain views from upper level deck. Six person hot tub in huge back yard, 3 hole Frisbee golf course and Cornhole game.House, .22 acre is on a cul de sac with only 3 houses and backs up to a road so is very private. Great home for family gatherings with two full baths and one half bath. 65″ TV upstairs, 55″ down, both with fire sticks, YouTube TV and all the apps you may currently use.Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils for your meals at home. some examples; Ninja blender, waffle iron, crock pot, Kuerig, Mr. Coffee and grinder. If there is an outage during your stay, there are flash lights, candle’s etc., in the laundry room-streaming services are on the fires stick in both living rooms, however guests must use their own logins (this does not pertain to the YouTube TV app-Garage is not included-there is some road noise on the back deck and in the back yard but the views more than make up for this. White noise devices are provided in all bedrooms that back up to the back yard / road that neutralize all noise while sleeping.-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
