Separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath living room & kitchenette for the in-laws.Up a short flight of stairs from the main level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.Primary has a queen bed, guest bedroom has 2 twins, and the third bedroom has a full size bed and an additional twin trundle.Garden level apartment has its own bedroom (king bed), full bath, living area and kitchen. One sofa in the living room converts to a pull out for an occasional guest.Basement has a play area and washer/dryer. Private backyard and outside shower.Parking for 4. Beach pass is provided allowing access to Barnstable beaches. This pass is good for any one car. Linens, blankets, towels, kitchenware, kitchen water filtered, patio furniture, beach chairs, umbrella and use of bikes and canoe.No smoking. July and August are Saturday to Saturday rentals.Well behaved trained pets considered for an additional fee.
