4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Townhouse – Close to the theme ParksThis is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.This townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort.
