This 4 bedroom apartment is a great space to enjoy your vacation by the beach! Just a 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the shops and restaurants on Washington Blvd. You can’t beat this location!As you enter the apartment you’ll walk into the open living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The floors in the living room were recently redone with modern grey wood. The kitchen has new counters, and is equipped with everything you need. The living room has 2 comfy modern couches around the 55 inch Roku TV with Netflix setup and ready for you.Follow the hallway passed the kitchen and dining room and you’ll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with plenty of closet space. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the master suite has a California King bed (and a Roku TV).Downstairs through the hallway and out the front of the building, you’ll find the shared gravel outdoor patio with patio furniture and a BBQ for you and you guests to use. Feel free to enjoy the sun on this patio, or take the walk-street 1 and a half blocks down the beach!
