Stunning 4 bed, 3 bath villa in Amarilla Golf, with magnificent panoramic sea views, throughout, WiFi, private pool and private terrace.Set in a quiet area, yet with all amenities within close walking distance, this villa is well appointed throughout.The property has its own private heated pool. Approximate dimensions are 5.2m x 2.5m plus the steps. The depth is 1.4 all over except steps area. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining!Amarilla Golf is a thriving holiday resort. Within walking distance of the villa there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Less than a 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. The main resort centre Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away (Or 20 minutes walk) and here there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.Golf Del Sur has a pharmacy.Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 20 minute drive. Transport to these attractions is available from the resort. There are many local taxis and we can also supply hire cars through a firm that has an office just 10 minutes walk away.Los Cristianos is a 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the relative peace of your wonderful villa.Accessed by stairs from the landing, there is wonderful private roof terrace offering all day sun and panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views.10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
