You will also have access to the beach common area, which features pavilions, tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, and storage for kayaks.As for the house itself, it features a full kitchen with adjoining dining area, including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, dishes, utensils, and other conveniences. The master suite features a king-size bed, and has its own bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and has direct access to a bathroom. The kids’ bedroom includes double and single beds. The newly added garage bedroom has a Queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom. In the living room you will find comfortable seating and open space to relax. Additionally, a washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The house also has a spacious raised deck with seating and an outdoor dining area, perfect for family dinners and more.The garage and shed are not accessible.If you are bringing a boat, please contact us before arrival for information on boat slip access.Check in procedure:Because Windwood Coves is a gated neighborhood, there are some extra details to be aware of.When you first arrive, it must be during gatehouse hours, so you can receive a guest pass. Without a guest pass, your vehicle will be towed.
