The owners use the property for their family trips twice a year and make sure the property remains in a pristine condition. You will love how comfy and so conveniently located to all major attractions.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
