These date are still available:July 13-19; Aug 21-24, Sept 3-7Come stay this year and book direct with me next year to save you a lot of money!Welcome to The Great Escape! It currently sleeps 9. IN 2025, if you want more space and additionally book the second new floor addition, it will easily sleep15 from one extended family. We do not rent to groups. Second floor will boast a large loft, kitchenette, a super large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a master bedroom with king bed and master bath and walk in closet and an additional guest bath. Renting the entire house gives you 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, downstairs living room and large eat in kitchen, upstairs is a large loft and kitchenette. ONLY ONE FAMILY MAY RENT AT A TIME. THE OPTION IS ONLY DOWNSTAIRS IF YOU ONLY NEED 4 BEDROOMS OR THE ENTIRE HOUSE AT AN ADDED COST IF YOU WANT THE ENTIRE HOUSE. IF YOU BOOK 4 BEDROOMS, THE UPSTAIRS WILL BE LOCKED. Construction will be completed in March 2025. Pictures to follow in Feb/March.Only full weekly rentals will be accepted for rental of the entire house. Shorter term will be considered for the first floor only.Entire house rental May 2025: 5075 per weekJune 2025: 6500 per weekJuly/August 8500 per weekPLEASE NOTE: I do not not accept 1 or 2 night weekend stays in the summer. I have to get a CO for every tenant and there is a lot of town paperwork involved for each guest. I can possibly do shorter stays midweek, but not for a summer weekend. I do not rent to groups, only families, and I there is a strict no pet policy.Rentals available until Sept 13, 2023. THEN construction begins to be completed by March 2025.SUPER CLEAN!!!!! The Great Escape is the only vacation rental on this street with the spectacular view of the lake. Inviting front porch provides hours of relaxing. Watch the sun rise over the mighty Atlantic and serene Lake Como from the comfort of your porch every day as you gear up to start your fun filled day. 4 blocks to beach along South Boulevard. Steps away from Marucci Park on a dead end street. Great for families with children. Front porch, side deck with barbecue has eating area and completely fenced in rear yard. Side deck has gate to keep young children near while you eat or grill.4 BR, 2 bath ranch. Master BR has tv with firestick, master spa-like bath with shower, rain showerhead, hand held shower head and 3 body mist heads. Second and largest bedroom has a king bed and full size crib. Third BR has full bed with room for YOUR porta-crib or playpen for infant or toddler and tv with firestick. 4th BR has two twin beds. Guests provide all towels and pillows. Washer and dryer in home. Hall bath has beautiful Italian ocean blue tile complemented with multi colored blue glass tile throughout. There is a full shower that runs the entire width of bath. Both baths are great for families with grandparents or anyone who has difficulty stepping into a tub. Outside showerhead to rinse off after a day at the beach. Huge, bright eat in kitchen, modern, fully furnished, seats six. Patio slider doors with built in mini blinds for privacy lead onto side deck. High top table seats four, with additional deck seating. Kitchen granite counter tops, back-splash, ceiling fan and floor. Great flow between living room, kitchen and side deck. Large picnic table in backyard, seats 8. All rooms bright, sunny and airy with over-sized windows. Living room has flat screen streaming TV with firestick.Beautiful, bright landscaping surrounds the home. A small, 15- inch deep fish pond provides another area to relax near, with small, bright, colorful fish. Young and old alike will love them and the tranquil setting the pond provides with a soothing waterfall.On site parking for 3 cars. Free street parking. Please be sure all guests staying overnight are registered and no pets of any kind are permitted in or on the property. Up to 6 beach passes for registered guests (4 adult and 2 senior badges, children under 15 do not need badges) will be provided per the number of adults staying in the home and must be returned on checkout or the guest is responsible to reimburse the owner for lost season badges. Beach chairs included.A professional cleaning company cleans and disinfects after every stay. Airscrubber Plus was purchased and installed throughout the home in March 2020.This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. We only rent to families or mature couples. No groups. No smokers or pets. Ring security system covers perimeter of the outside of the property.Off season rates after October 1 is for long term winter rental of 2025. Winter tenants pay utilities. Fees are extra during long term rentals in these time periods when rent is significantly reduced from prime season. 6% credit card fee imposed by website and pre-deducted for INTERNATIONAL reservations will be presented to traveler for refund to owner.
