If you like to walk the beach in the morning, how about stopping two blocks down the street to pick up some Mallon’s Sticky Buns and hot coffee? Or you can grab a quick sandwich right off the beach at lunch by going across the street to ‘Sack of Subs.’In the evening, you and the family are a short block from ‘A la Mode’ Ice Cream Parlor. The 55th Street Diner is 2 doors away in case the call of pancakes and eggs get you past the sticky buns. There is a Blitz’s supermarket for any grocery shopping or convenience item needs.
