Built in circa 1830, the home retains many original details: wide plank floors, authentic six over six windows, two period fireplace mantels, and original door and window trim. The first floor has a sunny living room, separate dining room, full kitchen, a full bath and two spacious bedrooms. The second floor features two additional large bedrooms and another bathroom and a laundry room. There is a large patio up front to store bikes and a private brick patio on the West side of the house that is perfect for dining and grilling out.This is a new rental with a new owner and therefore there are few reviews.Please note that the owner will be living in separate upstairs apartment at the back of the home.
