You are the only one who has access to this pool, it is private to you when you rent this property. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. The pool area is completely fenced with a private 6′ high fence and beautiful large travertine tile deck. 12 Sun loungers and a picnic table with umbrella for lounging. The depth of the pool is 3′ on the shallow end to 8′ on the deep end and a 1′ deep tanning ledge. Enjoy sitting at one of the 4 pool side seats along the quartz bar top while you watch the 60″ flat cable TV screen inside the bar area.The main entry level to this home is an open floor plan of the large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a double built in oven, large refrigerator, cooking range, microwave and dishwasher. The living area includes a large 60″ flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and chairs. The dining table seats 8 and 4 additional seats at the kitchen granite island preparation area.One of the master bedrooms is at the back of this entry floor level with a private bathroom including walk in shower and garden tub and private balcony.
