Only a short five minute walk to the beach.Or, enjoy the beautiful community POOL restricted to only Coligny Villa residents and guests, just steps from the back patio. The family room steps out onto a private patio, a great place to relax and read or have your morning coffee.The dining room and open den are great gathering places. The kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances is stocked with everything you need for preparing a meal. The sectional sofa has is new in 2020 and the carpets have been replaced in 2021Several bike rental companies are within walking distance of the townhouse. Bike trails are everywhere on Hilton Head Island. They are flat, with no hills to worry about. Several golf courses are nearby at Shipyard and Sea Pines Golf.We pride ourselves on providing our guests with professional, and personal service.Parking is located directly in front of the townhouse for a convenient and easy entrance. For your safety, we have installed security cameras outside to monitor the front and rear doors.During the summer months from May through August we only rent weekly from Friday to Friday. Monthly rates are available for January and February
