Short walk to restaurants & bars but far enough away from the busy part of the beach to enjoy the peace & quiet!This condo is located on the Second level (3rd floor, because ground floor is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through.
