Four-person maximum occupancy. Second floor stairway door is closed off at the top, and the 2nd floor is not rented and usually is unoccupied. Owners are there occasionally, and use the outside stairway only.Pet-free and smoke-free.Located near ice cream, restaurants, indoor pool (for those rainy days, pay-as-you-go), but very quiet street.
