In the winter, it also can be used to heat the house.Downstairs has a floor fan in each of the four bedrooms.There is also a washer/dryer unit, free high-speed wi-fi, and cable TV.An outdoor shower lets you to wash off the sand after a day at the private deeded beach, which is a mere 1000 feet walk down a pretty winding road.The beach is never crowded and you can play, surf, swim, fish, and cook your meal over an open fire – far removed from the madding crowds of town. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided.There is a 600 square-foot lawn in the back. The front and sides of the house are landscaped with flowers and shrubs. A driveway provides ample parking for four vehicles.The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
