The large gourmet kitchen, dining room and great room are the perfect place to gather with family and friends.Don’t miss the sunsets from the expansive deck which runs the length of the house facing the well-groomed golf course. The fresh air, starry nights and comfy beds will refresh you.BBQ on the deck, swim in the heated clubhouse pool, golf, or partake in everything Birchwood has to offer.(NOTE) Additional fees to use the club and amenities, pool, golf etc. apply: $750 summer rates, $250 winter. These fees are imposed by Birchwood GCC and payable either to them directly or to the owner who will pay the fee.
