The outside living is amazing, with two levels for entertaining, a sparkling pool, beautiful views of the lake and hill country, gas and charcoal grills. We have taken’ every opportunity to ensure the property goes above and beyond our guest’s expectations. The property has everything you and your party will need to enjoy a long weekend or a week away.Entering the property through the garage, you will be on the lower-level. On this level there is a living room with door exiting to the backyard, pool and sitting area. Adjacent to the downstairs living area is the first bedroom, with king bed with ensuite bathroom. Down the hall is a small bedroom with a queen and at the end of the hall a large bedroom with 2 queens that shares a bathroom with the small queen bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has a television and video streaming. Moving upstairs, you will pass the front door landing and be on the main level, with the living room with picture windows overlooking the valley/hill country and the lake. There is also a gas fireplace in this living room. On this level you have a formal dining room and the kitchen. In the north wing of the house is the guest bedroom, with queen bed, a small bathroom with a claw-foot tub/shower. There is also an office with door out to the deck. In the south wing of the house you will pass the formal dining room, and the pool room (the table is a bit too big for the room, but we provide short sticks) and enter the large master bedroom with king bed. Then you have the master bathroom which is fully renovated and beautiful with marble floors, dual vanity, bathtub and separate shower with jets. There is a large master closet and the laundry room is at the back of the master bath. In the kitchen, there is a double GE-profile convection oven, a Jenn-Aire gas stovetop, new LG microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully loaded with high-end pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and pretty much anything you’d possibly need or want to prepare your meals. From the kitchen, you will walk past the breakfast table, through the exterior door to the top deck. This is the adult’s favorite place to hang out as the view of the lake and hill country is breathtaking. On this top deck you have a propane gas barbecue grill, with seating overlooking the lake.Note that to get the best view, this property has a steep and narrow driveway down to the front door and to the garages that is not ideal to navigate, especially for full-size vehicles. We have street parking for 4 vehicles and guests must park in front of our house, not the neighbors.Strictly no parties, maximum of 10 adults at all times, 14 total maximum. No smoking inside, dispose of all trash. No more than 4 vehicles allowed at the property at all times. Age verification through government issued identification required.There are many parks with lake access, boat ramps, tennis courts, basketball, etc. Guest passes are required and are provided at guest’s request free of charge. The nearest lake park with boat ramp is a 5 minute drive.Pool heating optional, $125/day, but varies by season
