This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The newly remodeled home offers AC (split units in each room) new flooring, quality carpeting, high-end appliances and quality furniture.The living area has high ceilings and a light & bright open floor plan. The view is absolutely stunning. In summer, you can watch the Sea World fireworks every night. You will enjoy the luxury of a 52′ HDTV with Dolby surround system, and DVD in the living room, a 40′ HDTV in Master bedroom and 32′ HDTV, DVD and I-Home radio in 2nd bedroom. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people (5 chairs plus high chair). The gourmet kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, fridge w/ice maker and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, reverse osmosis water system, Bose sound dock with I-pod and much more.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSKing bed in the Master (The Master suite offers an attached bathroom shower and jetted tub)New queen bed in the second bedroomSofa bed that folds to a queen bed in the living room.BUILDING AND PARKINGThe condo is on the 3rd floor in a gated building that offers an elevator, free laundry and a pool/lounge area on the first floor.There is one assigned garage parking spot. The property is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and offers high speed internet. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair, crib, pack ‘n play are provided for your convenience.SUPPLIESThe house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.LOCATIONYou will love this incredible beach retreat with its truly priceless location. A wonderful park with a very nice big playground is right in front of the building. You are only a short walk away from a variety of nearby stores, restaurants, bars and fun beach activities. You will have easy access to highway 8 and 5 and all major attractions are within 10-20 minutes by car.PLEASE NOTEFor friend groups everyone must be at least 30 years of age.We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar.
