**Seascape Renovation Project:**The Seascape complex is currently being renovated and there is active construction onsite. The renovations are tentatively expected to be completed by **July 1st, 2024**. Please note, because of the construction, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit and others on the northeast side of the complex. Currently, work begins at 730am and runs until dusk, every day but Sunday. Parking is limited but there is overflow parking across the street at the Links golf course. **The Seascape swimming pool will be closed during the construction and there is no other pool access.
