Just off the entry way two steps down is a family room with a Roku TV, comfortable seating and custom built-in cabinets full of books and games for all ages! Also off of the entry is a den with a sleeper sofa, Roku TV and desk for those working remotely. The dining room can comfortably sit eight at the table and three at the elevated pub-style table against the wall. There is also seating at the peninsula in the kitchen as well as a table directly outside of the dining room on the pool deck for an al fresco experience!The beautiful kitchen has all the features you could want – large refrigerator, double oven, peninsula with seating, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove, an open layout into another sitting room and gorgeous pool and lake views! The sitting room just off the kitchen is encased in windows for a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or cocktail as you take in the views. There is a powder room and laundry room on first floor.The first floor master suite boasts incredible pool, hot tub and lake views through a window wall with private access to the pool deck.
