The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn.Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate.The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine ‘9’ working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences.Thank you for your patience
