The comfortable media room has 2 sofas easily accessible to the laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer, and cabinets, all located upstairs. Downstairs is a separate queen-sized bedroom with a full adjoining bath and tub/shower combination. Also located downstairs is the walk-in pantry with shelves and cabinets for beach chairs, beach towels, and many kitchen utensils and cookware. Beach towels (8) are provided plus beach chairs (4).Other amenities include a premier T4V channel for uninterrupted movie viewing and WIFI. The villa consists of a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted for overnight parking.Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 2024, through the Saturday after Labor Day, September 6, 2024, all rentals are 7 days – Saturday to Saturday.All National Holidays: Easter Week, July 4th Week, Labor Day Week Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Year’s Week are 7 days rentals – Saturday to Saturday.
