A few can play ping pong while others relax nearby in the lounge chairs pointed at the red rocks.Guests will have access to all areas of the home except we do not allow cars to be parked in the garage. You can walk or bike from our home to many convenient locations for groceries, restaurants, hikes, etc.Please note:We are not allowing cars to park in the garage right now due to floors having just been redone. Two cars can park in the exterior parking spaces.Please note that there is a $500 security deposit on this property. This is not a charge, only a hold on the credit card. If there is no damage to the property, the hold is released from the card after checkout. It may take 2-3 days for the credit card company to process the release.Permit: 008592Please respect the neighbors by not making loud noise at night.To preserve the tranquil environment for our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without specific consent. The number of guests is documented by a video camera 24/7 at the entrance to the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to VRBO and the guests’ stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older.Throughout the year, there is a two night minimum. However, for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don’t meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them — just ask!While we welcome children of all ages we want you to know..The home isn’t child-proofed with safety plugs or cabinet locks, doesn’t have a high chair or crib – things guests with young children need. Also, there is a hot tub, which is a safety concern for young children who can’t swim.No smoking anywhere on the property.
