Follow the path to the private deep water dock, where you’ll enjoy watching sunsets and sunrises, catching glimpses of dolphins, or sipping an evening cocktail by the water. The dock allows you to launch a kayak directly into the water or arrange for a boat rental during your stay.The fun doesn’t stop there! Make your way to the garage and enjoy a friendly game of pool or foosball in the game area.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Pets are not permitted.The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front and rear entrances.
