This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Point Villa that offers two bedrooms, golf views, and is just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access.This first floor villa features an open living space which opens to the spacious back deck. The living area has plenty of cozy seating for family gatherings and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the back deck where there is additional seating for watching the golfers go by. The fully equipped kitchen looks through to the sun room, which has a table with seating for four as well as a comfy lounge chair and beautiful golf views. The sunroom and kitchen open to the dining area with a table for six and a wall of windows which let in natural light and views of the golf course.The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway.This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250.
