The living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom are all located on the main floor. The main floor also has a powder room. The master suite is on the third story. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the lower floor, as well as a washer and dryer and a large entertainment room for family nights.The bed configuration is as follows:1 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom2 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom3 Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom4 Bedroom (Master): Cal King Bed with en-suite bathroomThe fifth bathroom is a half bathroom and it is located on the main floor.PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:- Sound system throughout the home, each room can listen to different music at the same time- Spacious Entertainment Room with surround sound system- Extra Large Jacuzzi with Ocean Views- Open Chef-kitchenGuest Access:Guests will have access to the Main House only. The Guest House can still be booked by other tenants.The Neighborhood:The home is located at the top of a hill in a quiet and residential area in the Malibu Canyons.Getting Around:The property is 9 minutes away from Pacific Coast Highway, 12 minutes from Nobu Malibu, 10 minutes away from Carbon Beach and 26 minutes from Santa Monica.Other Things to Note:NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSICMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMESANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTIONIt is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 p.m. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so all activities and noise levels must be respectful at all times. We can’t have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the hot tub being loud. It’s important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.Rules of the house:- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house- Max occupancy of 8 people must be respected- No use of the hot tub area past 10 p.m- Patio sliding doors must be kept closed after 10 pm- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis – please check with host before arrival – $90 per day/pet- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel- $200 charge per stained sheet/duvet cover-$35 charge per stained pillow cover- $200 per stained carpet- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaningGuests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
