Spacious rooms including an office set up with an extra twin size day bed. Entertaining backyard including a pool, dining area, & corn hole. Only minutes to Desert Mirage Golf Course, adjacent to the Grand Canal Trail and across from Heroes Park!!- The pool is not heated.***The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am – 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.- We do not provide propane for the property’s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.*** Same day bookings are subject to a 6:00PM MST check-in time***- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.- Strict “No house party” policy!
