Welcome to your Coastal Haven away from home!The Space:This is a single family home that is 3 miles from the Isle of Palms beaches, Mount Pleasant Town Center shopping is nearby and downtown Charleston is about 8 miles down Route 17. We have 5-6 beach chairs for your use and beach towels as well. We also have a high chair and pack and play for your use. The backyard is fenced in for your kids and furry friends and there is a firepit with seating. Our kitchen is well stocked to enjoy meals at home and we also provide a gas grill. In addition to all the activities the area has to offer, you can also just enjoy hanging out on the front balcony, front porch or back screened in porch. Looking forward to your stay.We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. Please crate dogs when leaving the property. Please do not allow dogs on furniture, in beds, bedding or sheets. Our pet fee reimburses our cleaning expenses for additional time required to eliminate all pet hair and pet odors upon your departure. Please ensure your pet is up to date on flea medication and all vaccinations.Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest’s group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force.
