To the right is a living room with comfortable couches–perfect for reading, cocktails or a quiet chat. This room has a large window air conditioner. The open kitchen and family room (with a portable air conditioner) and the separate dining room all have fantastic water views. The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, a large island with counter seating and double cooktop, a double wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot and Keurig. One step down into the family room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable. The separate dining room has a large table with seating for eight.One of the home’s four bedrooms is also on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and French doors to the deck. This bedroom has a portable air conditioner as well. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. The garage is not for tenant use.The three other bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed via the staircase from the foyer. There are portable air conditioners in each bedroom. The bedroom on the side of the house has a queen bed and the bedroom on the water side has a queen bed. The primary suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A set of French doors leads to the primary bedroom’s private balcony. Sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from the bedroom and balcony. There is another bathroom off the hall with tub/shower, two sinks and water closet.The wrap-around deck with outdoor tables and chairs, chaise lounges, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower is an absolute delight! Enjoy beautiful views of the water, Long Point and Wood End Lighthouses all day and stunning sunsets and the twinkling stars and lights of Provincetown at night.
