4bedroom/3bath HOUSE ACROSS FROM BEACH/Private Pool -All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper – everything unopened and unused.This is a designer 3 bedroom (3 king beds OR 2 kings and 2 twin beds) + separate private den with a luxurious single bed/3 bath charming cottage beach home. SLEEPS 7 PERSONS ONLY INCLUDING CHILDREN/BABIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Gorgeous heated saltwater waterfall pool + cozy corner spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night), parking (2 spaces). Sea Palm House has been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Our house is ideal for enjoying a beach getaway where you can walk everywhere – no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your large screened in Florida Room/patio. Swim in our heated saltwater pool, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. We also have a ping-pong and a small pool table. The private tropical setting is located right across the street from Beach Accesses #8 and #9 and three short blocks to shopping and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. The house is fully stocked with everything you need in order to enjoy a luxury vacation.
