The screened porch out back is perfect in Spring, Summer, and Fall to enjoy a meal, read a book, or take a nap.The house is also a short drive from Mount Major and many other lakes region attractions, making it perfect for all seasons. Hike Mount Major for a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee.Winter has skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing and tubing at Gunstock Mountain. Night skiing available.The fall has beautiful foliage in the backyard and surrounding area.Summer a short drive to Ellacoya State Park with paid admission, Weirs Beach, Funspot, Tiki Boat rides, mini golf, ropes courses. Gunstock has summer adventures with ropes, adventure, mountain coaster, hiking and biking.Newly renovated bathrooms and Kitchen. Large dining room with seating for eight as well as kitchen seating for four. The large family room with a foosball table and 65″ TV also has a work bar with USB ports for working or doing homework.No smoking or pets allowed.
