Welcome to Reel’em Inn!With prime location to Redfern Village and only 1.5 miles to the beach, this is the perfect beach cottage for your visit to St. Simons Island.This original 1960’s, 4BR/3BA cottage has several beautiful live oaks canopying the whole property. The main living and dining area has a coastal beachy flair with a large smart tv, a leather couch, and a dining table with enough seating for 6 people. Off the living space is a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional and Keurig coffee maker, a separate ice maker, and all the essentials to cook for a crowd with a view of the backyard. Down the hall is are 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and one has a queen sized bed with a smart tv. These bedrooms share a full bath, located in the hallway, with a tub/shower combo and original 1960’s tile. The third bedroom on this side of the house has a king bed, large smart tv and a full ensuite bathroom with original tile and tub/shower combo as well.On the other side of the home is a laundry room with a wash station, a bedroom and a bonus room. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a smart tv, a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and sliding door allows access to a front patio with a private outdoor shower and sitting area. Across the hall is a bonus room with a couch, a large sectional, a mini fridge and a smart tv. Off the bonus room is a screened in porch overlooking the large fenced in yard, perfect for your sweet pup to roam. The yard is equipped with 4 lawn chairs, a fire pit, and various yard games for the whole family!We can’t wait to share our home with you!Pet fee is $150 for one and $225 for two dogsGA/FL weekend there will be a $500 refundable security deposit.Beach Gear Credit Included!
