The .10 Acres Gravel Lot provides parking for 6+ cars with no issues, so entertaining is never a problem with your beach rental.Enjoy spectacular oceanfront views from the back of the house as you sit at your private deck.The kids will be enthralled as they play on their private beach throughout the day and then at night as your family sits by the fire pit enjoying the perfect summer evening.Your pet is welcome on the property. The community has a very strict leash law and we request that your pet remain on a leash at all times while outside.The beach offers basketball as well as other private member only areas in the quaint beach community.This is a 4 bedroom house with 6 people in one bedroom (bunk beds) as well as 2 for each additional bedroom.Enjoy your vacation close to many restaurants and factory outlet shopping. One of the worlds largest casinos is just 25 minutes away.This will be a vacation that will bring everlasting memories to you and your family.Any parties or special events require prior authorization. PLEASE do not book without sending an inquiry if you are looking to host an event at the property.
