Across the hall is another guest room that provides two Full sized beds. There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is available for guests in this room. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway closet for added convenience.At the end of the hall, you will find the master suite which is truly a wonderful space! The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, flat screen TV, and direct access to the back deck that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The sound side deck can also be accessed through the adjoining guest room or by a door at the end of the hallway. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin sized daybed with twin trundle. This room has direct access to the adjoining bathroom which has shared access with the hall. This bathroom has many features that make it handicap friendly – please ask before booking if you would like additional information.Complete with small TV and treadmill, the sunlit ground level exercise room is available to guests 24/7. The courtyard outside of the home gym leads you to hidden oasis that includes a covered sitting area, hot tub, and fully enclosed outdoor shower with temperature settings.This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose.
