    Description

    The lakeview house for 10 can be an ideal choice for so many types of groups. The house has a hot-tub, private HOA beach just a block away, a huge deck overlooking the lake, an outdoor dining table for 8, chaise lounge chairs, a BBQ, free/fast wifi, driveway parking for 4 cars, smart TVs, huge/new sectional couch and much more. The lower deck, also with a lake view, has a nice hot tub that is always hot and ready for use.Location is ideal to experience all things Tahoe in any season! Located in a very desirable neighborhood less than 1 mile from downtown Tahoe City. Walk/ride to Tahoe House Bakery. Very easy access to Tahoe’s extensive paved path. Biking, skiing, paddling, ziplining, hiking, river rafting, boating and so much more are VERY nearby. Only a 15 min. drive to Alpine Meadows and Palisades too!The 4 bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed – all with comfortable beds. The 2 full bathrooms are also fully equipped with complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels.The private homeowner’s beach with a pier and BBQ is a wonderful place to hang out without the stress of summer crowds!We have an electronic keypad allowing for self-check-ins anytime after 4pm.It does have easy winter access. The road in and driveway are flat which our guests appreciate in winter months. It frequently snows in Lake Tahoe from November to April. It is your responsibility to know the weather and be prepared for it. Chains in the winter months may be required. Check the road condition before you travel. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is advisable.Due to bears, we have a bear box that fits a limited amount of garbage. Please be mindful and limit the amount of garbage you produce. If your reservation is less than 1 week, please limit your garbage to 1 can, so the next guest has somewhere to put their trash. If you produce excessive garbage, please consider taking all your recycling home with you.When you book, please acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by the house rules.Occupancy is limited to the number of people listed on your reservation. No additional people are allowed on the property or at the HOA beach. There are absolutely NO parties or pets allowed.Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where most people live year-round. Guests need to adhere to the noise ordinance. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. We ask that guests keep windows and doors closed in the evening, and do not use the deck or hot tub after 10pm.There is a $200 fine for a lost beach key. The key must be hung in the kitchen upon your departure.
