Description
The E.A Huntington, home built in 1717 in historic Beanhill, Norwichtown, laced with stone walls, warmly welcomes visitors to 4100 sq ft of airy space. Set on 3.5 acres of land, it provides privacy and yet leaves room for plenty of activities: inground covered pool, basketball hoop, soccer, and exploring the land and pond. 4br and 2.5 baths, can be combined with 2br cottage rental. Property within less than 5min walk to Marriot hotel, 8 min drive to Mohegan Sun.The in ground pool is covered and open April-November. It is not heated but the room heats up nicely with the sun. The pool is shared with the cottage if both are booked. We are a dog friendly property but require dogs to be neutered/spayed to protect the house from getting damaged due to urinating etc. If you plan on bringing your dog please reach out via messaging. There is also a pet fee. Also, please be aware that dogs must be leashed on the propriety at all times. We do not allow cats at the property
